“Have stayed here several times. It's always clean and polite staff. We like the downtown location... walkable to many destinations in the area... restaurants, bars, shopping. This time we went to a concert at the Iowa Event Center and walked their and back... 15 minute walk. ”

“Stay was inexpensive and good enough for one night. Staff were courteous at check in. No elevators (only stairs) to second floor. Being next to a truck stop there was some evening noise but that settled down during the night. There was a surprise 50$ deposit required that was refunded a few days later as they promised. ”

“Very close, convenient to event center. You can park and walk. There is however a fee for parking. Only downside was noise. We attended during a dance competition weekend. You could easily hear through the walls and kids running talking in the hallways. ”
