“We booked our hotel minutes before we arrived so we were surprised the hotel could see our reservation so quickly. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. Check-in literally took seconds. Our room was much nicer than we expected for the price we paid. It was very clean and spacious. It looked like it had been recently updated. It was a little confusing getting to the hotel from the interstate but once we realized we had to turn in to the outlet mall parking to get to the hotel……

“It’s what you’d expect for a holiday inn. It’s a sports tournament area hotel. It was booked with families so it gets kinda crazy. Room was big and clean. Room stayed nice and cool. Shower was good. Soaps in shower and bathroom good. Breakfast was good. Coffee machines best part. The surrounding area isn’t anything special but not unsafe. It’s not a 5 star but you don’t expect that with holiday inn express. It gets the job done for a weekend stay for a tournament. ”

“The room had a very bad smell to it. To be honest it smelled like a urinal, but house keeping ran a machine to get rid of smell. It had been an issue. But after they did their thing it was a lot better. Otherwise the stay was good. Location was also very good. They had a continental breakfast that was very good also.”

“We used 2 rooms. The beds and bedding were nice and we got a good sleep. The hotel is old and was very nice at one time, but it could use an upgrade. The bathrooms and bedrooms had been cleaned. No elevator to take luggage to second floor. ”
