“Office staff was very polite and helpful with check in and check out. Lobby was clean and welcoming. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy with updated bedding. Water stains in the bathroom and bathroom in need of updating.”

“Purpose of our overnight was for rest & refreshment. We wanted something quiet and away from people, this place was exactly that. Very clean and organized. Very little dish & hand soap, but everything else was well thought out and provided for. Appreciated the Keurig cups, we enjoyed several cups of coffee. The sunrise view was amazing. ”

“The bathrooms were disgusting, hair all over the floors in the shower. There was a bunch of poison ivy and the bugs were horrible that you couldn't sit outside at night. ”

“I want to keep this adorable home a secret but more so I want to say how charming this place is! IMPECCABLY CLEAN! Stocked with everything! Just bring your food! I love the floor plan with the open living and kitchen space. The master bedroom and bathroom is beautiful and you just can't beat the screened in deck out back. Friendly neighbors :) Our host was prompt in responding to our needs. I would 100% recommend this place and we will definitely be back!”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay at COL22. The views on the canal were wonderful. Being Easter weekend, the traffic on the water was minimal, so it made for a nice, peaceful stay. I imagine it's noisier mid-summer. It does get windy, so we didn't spend much time outside.However, we did have a few, probably nit-picky, complaints. My family and I have stayed at quite a few rental homes over the years, so I feel like I can speak on what is reasonable to expect. My main complaint was the very minimal……
