“I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express, Albermarle and I can confidently say it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, and clean. The amenities were good, especially the pool, which the kids loved. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The variety of options was impressive, and everything was delicious! “Great hotel, very clean, great location. My only complaint is that the walls are suprr thin. We were on an end room & when the neighbors checked in next to us, we could hear everything! Turned on the TV to fix that. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Staff was awesome from getting me there when I got lost in town to knocking on my door for my wake up call because it wouldn't go through on their end. Only negative was shower head adjustment didn't work only pulsate, put it on anything else and it sprayed everywhere. It was so late I reported it in the morning and they advised they would have someone look at it. I would stay there again.”

“Arrived at 3 am to find many homeless gathered around the property. Lobby was locked ofcourse. Staff wasn’t rude but not friendly either. Room was beyond disgusting. We stayed for 4 hours and checked out and didn’t stay our other 2 days. Mold growing, dirt, dust, yellowing to bed covers, found shredded cheese between sheets. Holes in the wall, the deadbolt on door was broke off so no security. Evidence that door had been kicked in. Killed 2 bugs on walls and not declearing “bed bug” but found……
