“The Staff was the highlight of our stay. The Gentleman working the Bistro & the Young Lady working the front Desk this Friday Evening (5/23/2025) were extremely accomodating and made our stay with two small children feel as easy as staying home. From the quick drink/food service to the fact they had a crib available to bring to our room for our 14 month old baby, it was like staying at a relative's house that just loves hosting. “The hotel was very busy due to it being graduation weekend, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and my family felt safe. ”

“The toilet need to be replaced, they are old low flow toilet installed in the early 90’s and clog easily. Newer low flow toilets operate better, it embarrassing to call down to the front desk for assistance. I have been staying at the Diamond sense they opened and this is a recurring issue. ”

“Rooms weren't that great but they SEEMED to be clean. A few days later, after being at home, itchy bed bug bites started popping up all over our bodies. Talk about disgusting! Went to doctor and sure enough we were bitten by numerous bed bugs.”
