“Staff was niceRenovations were done on the room but ac wasn't on & itwas extremely hot. Outside is less than desirable. Looks like it needs to be condemned. Not worth the price bc i can't even open sliding door to go out of my room. Won't stay here again ”

“Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street……

“We had a fantastic time. The host Sonya was amazing to work with. Very communicative throughout the stay. Even checked in to see how things were going. We came for a quick weekend to fish on Sam Rayburn. We wish we would have had longer just to be able to relax in the house. It was so clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed! Location was fantastic. So close to the “mini” store and a mile from the launch site. And only a few miles to Zavalla where there is a Brookshire Brothers and a……

“The property charged me through Expedia for a room, and once I made it the manager said they were full. Expedia does not allow a refund for the hotel even though I did not get to stay! 😔😡”

“Spent a nice 4 day weekend with my mom and sister relaxing, crafting, reading and just good time spent together. This house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and big plus it was pet friendly so mom could bring her dog. Owner actually stopped by while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a nice visit with him. We would definitely stay here again. ”
