“Everything was clean and in great condition, except for the spiderwebs on the back patio, which they forgot to clean, I was able to get rid of these no problem with the broom that was provided. There is no dining table inside, so one must brave the outdoors to eat on the gorgeous covered front patio. In addition, there are no spices or oils, so be sure to bring your own condiments, and the cooking supplies are minimal: one frying pan, one sauce, pan, one batch. However, the host is more than……

“We were in the area for a family reunion. This was exactly what we were looking for. It was a nice little cabin that was built in the 1800’s and is still being renovated. The area is remote and quiet. We had everything we needed, including daily visits by the owners dogs, who were very friendly. The owners stopped by to drop off an extra space heater because a cool front was coming in. They were very nice people and we had a good visit. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had a family getaway for some fishing and relaxing. The cabin and grounds are great. That area is not good for fishing as it is full of turtles so we rented a boat from the property owner to go out on the lake better and found really good fishing spots. Overall it was a great week with good accommodation.”
