The fresh towels mid-week were a pleasant surprise. The serenity of the woods is always wonderful for the soul ~ the birds calling in the morning, the racoon peeking around the corner of the cabin as we sat on the porch, and the wild hog with 3 babies that crossed in front of us as we entered one evening. “I'm not sure how we missed that this area had no kitchen or BBQ area and as we had already gone grocery shopping, we had steaks that needed to be cooked one of the two nights we stayed here! One cannot waste steak! Luckily, the Dollar Store up the road had a hibachi for sale! The steak was perfect! We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place!
