“Front desk staff were amazing!! I wish I knew the girls name who checked us in because she was really sweet. Breakfast was good with lots of options. ”

“Property was undergoing renovation and that didn’t bother me and the work that was done so far looked very nice .. my room was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.. the things I was unhappy with was the breakfast items were poorly stocked and it was still the earlier part of the allotted serving time .. I understand that with the renovations they were probably limited but it shouldn’t have been for Coffee Yogurt and Waffle mix for the self serving waffle maker and upon asking if they could……

“Choose this hotel because of the outdoor pool. I had a book and mid day time to kill. We arrived and the pool was being serviced and dry. We opted to change hotels the next night and the front desk was kind to let us out of the three night commitment. Lobby was updated. Staff was friendly.”

“Had to stand in the front lobby for a while to check-in. There was no bell to ring for service or a sign saying where they were kr when theyd be back. They did however have a wonderful breakfast”

“Staffs are very nice and breakfast are awesome. They also provide laundry service and snacks. But the door is not very good to block noise in the hallway. The door of bathroom is not good designed.”

“This is our third stay here in the last two weeks and we stayed here twice last year as well. It is a fine hotel, well maintained and Bruce at the front desk is a very welcoming presence. Nothing about our room was substandard, no items needing maintenance. We will never fail to stay at the Territorial Inn on our trips to Wisconsin from South Texas.”
