“We were very impressed by our stay at the Tru by Hilton in Staunton, Virginia. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The lobby/breakfast area was spacious and inviting with toys and games for children and young adults. Add to this the fact that coffee was offered 24 hours a day! My wife and I went online to find where other Tru by Hilton Motels are located to keep them in mind for future trips.”

“Side door near pool keyed lock does not work, door was propped open with block of wood, rear entrance near pet walk was propped open with stones to allow unsecured access to hotel … breakfast & staff were always Aplus”

“This was THE best place I have ever stayed. I was traveling with my four kiddos and husband and there was plenty of space for us. The free snacks and ice cream made the stay for them memorable. The building itself had been beautifully restored and the space is huge. There is a great quiet and picturesque place to read and a beautiful old library with a gorgeous pool table for some fun. I can’t wait to go back! Beds were super comfortable and everything was spotless. I can’t recommend this place……

“This is the second time we stayed at this place. It’s clean, comfortable, and adorable. The only negative is the approach to the house itself, which includes a steep driveway as described in the listing. There are some great lighting and the steps up to the house can be tricky.”
