“My family stayed June 2025. Cannot recommend this property enough. Beautiful, new modern house with thoughtfully laid out design and features. Well furnished with quality furniture, decorations, big screens and reliable internet. High end appliances including laundry room. Pictures are accurate! Well situated on island Banks Road about 15 min drive to Governor’s Harbor and 30 min drive or less to GHB airport. Kitchen fully equipped with every appliance, utensil, dish and cookware you can……

“We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. The house was spacious and clean. The amenities were all in good condition, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small suggestion we have is to add a table on the terrace, so guests can enjoy breakfast or dinner while admiring the sea view. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would definitely recommend this place!”

“Our 4 night stay was okay but could have been much better with a bit more attention to both the house itself and to the communication.Upon arrival, the power was out. We’re familiar with power outages on island but without WiFi and sketchy cell service in the area, we had to drive 20 minutes down the road to inquire about the outage. Chris was a perfect host, friendly, accommodating, helping us with anything we would need in a prompt manner and even lending us his fish rods so our children could fish.The place is spacious and very nicely furnished.
