“I booked a non-smoking room. However, I could smell the smoke even after opening the door for ventilation for a few hours. The cleanliness of the bed could be improved.”

“The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable along with the bedding. It has a good sized refrigerator. The breakfast was outstanding and the dining area was spacious and comfortable. “The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……
