“Didnt stay here but the staff was helpful trying to get my money back. Expedia however is awful. Very hard to contact and, at least where I live, their automated program is almost non-functional. I tried to cancel my reservation because of a death in my family. It took over two hours total including finally talking to a human. Then I was lied to, by Expedia, telling me the manager of the hotel wouldn't let me cancel. By this time I was past my 24 notice to cancel. Please never, ever use……
