“The thin black woman who served me was very arrogant”

“The room is smelly Water leaked to room underneath the air conditioner, which make the carpet nearby wet, and some of my pants and cloth got wet because of this. The light in the bathroom is flickering i have been staying this hotel and many times, but this is definitely the worst and probably be the last time!”

“Not often you stay at a hotel and have nothing bad to say. Everything was as advertised, from the cookies at check-in to the wonderful pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this hotel”

“The staff was nice and i liked that you could borrow a air fyer or crock pot for gooking .I love that suite had everything like home.very clean.”

“My room, the breakfast, and food store were great. It was a relaxing stay and the staff are very friendly. The shuttle service was nice too. I wish I had know there was a subway right around the corner that I could walk to but didn’t see it until I was headed back to the airport. I had searched the internet for a nearby place I could walk to for food but nothing close showed up.”

“We asked to be moved to another room due to a musty smell in the bathroom, most likely shower curtain. The front desk clerk was most accommodating and moved us to another room with no conflict. Very professional and friendly.”

“Only thing against it is a few door seals were lose and hanging from the door frames.”
