“I haven't had this good of a stay at a hotel in a while. When I checked in, the person that helped me check in carried my bags to my room for me because I was on crutches and offered to switch my room to a handicapped room which I didn't know was even possible. Even the person at the desk the following morning was extremely helpful also. I most definitely be back!”

“卫生好差，床单上有血迹没有换，前台服务好，做卫生的服务员一敲门就进来，速度太快了，还没来得及回答就进来搞卫生。住宿条件一般”

“The customer service from check-in to check-out was AMAZING!! The food & service at the bar areas (Longshots) was the BEST Ceasar’s Sports Betting area is very nice! Large TV’s, great seating area & tempting lucky gaming machines at your service!!”

“We had some mechanical issues on the way. I called the hotel to let them know that we wouldn't be arriving till around 330am & they said ok be safe your room will be ready when you get here. I check in the room was very clean, the staff is great, the beds are comfortable, & its quiet. The breakfast in the morning is good & the staff was helpful with answering my questions about the area. Overall great experience I would definitely stay here again.”
