“I REALLY LIKE THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAFF WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL DURING OUR STAY”

“We could not use the pool as it was too cold. We were there for 6 days and saw ONE person get in the pool for like 10 minutes only. Breakfast was awesome although it would be nice to have another egg option for those who can not have dairy (all the eggs had cheese in them). Also gravy would be great! My husband became "obsessed' with the choc chip cookies you put out in the afternoon. Keep up the good staff attitude and work. We would recommend this place. ”

“There was hair on the bathroom counter that did not belong to us. The corners of the floor in the bathroom were packed with months of yucky buildup and the corner behind the bathroom door was really gross with a lot of dirt.”

“Very nice. Clean, good breakfast. Staff were pleasant. We had a slow drain in the tub, and the toilet was rocking on the floor a bit, but we informed the desk and they said they would let maintainence know.”

“The host was super nice and accomodated our needs/request for an extension cord and help to print something. The beds were super comfortable and clean. I was especially grateful for the hot water since many places don't have that. The location is close to restaurants and stores. ”

“Very clean for the price. Very nice, accommodating staff. No strange smells in the room or in the bed which is really nice, usually booking via 3rd party apps gets you the crappy rooms but all the appliances worked well, there were toiletries and clean linens in the bathroom. Not sure about breakfast or where it would have been since I missed it.”

“This was a low cost place to stay as we visited Nauvoo. It is clean, has good internet and is about 30 minutes from Nauvoo”
