“Perfect stay for the price point. We needed a place that would let us have our dog with us. Their pet fees were fair and the room was clean and had nice amenities. I would only say that the room smelled a little like a smokers room. This is probably from years past as they allow no smoking in the hotel at all. Otherwise the it was a great stay. ”

They helped me book a room in the middle of the night after several failed attempts thru Expedia, and they not only matched the prices they gave us the room for a bit less. “I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most……
