“Staff was great. Room was awesome with a great view and the property is right on the beach. Still rebuilding some outside landscaping but pool area is totally accessible. Hot tub was not operational but didn’t miss it…it Florida. Overall had a great stay and would recommend. ”

“Great home for 12. The home is as described. Very comfortable and plenty of space for a large family. Within walking distance of beach and restaurants. The management company was excellent to deal with. Would recommend. ”

“We loved our trip! The house is practically brand new. Everything was beautiful. The walk to the beach is about 3-4 minutes. I’d say front door to feet in the water is about 5 minutes. There are a few restaurants walking distance and several more less than a mile away. ”

“The location is great. I liked the private deeded access to the beach. Please note there are floats, beach chairs, and a wagon at the property already. We brought ours with us but may have used the ones there if we had known. Plenty of beach towels too. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. For it to be a holiday weekend at the beginning of our stay, it wasn't crowded BUT this house is on the main street so you will see traffic from time to time while sitting on the balconies.
