“My 12-yr old daughter and I came to Ft Myers Beach for Spring Break (March 2025). The house was super clean upon arrival and the pool was nice and warm. The beach is a short (5-7 min) walk but not crowded. The house is not close to the “hopping” part of Ft Myers Beach but that was ok with us. There is a Publix about a mile away and another shopping center a mile the other way (7-11, CVS, beach shop, ice cream shop, etc - places are still opening up after the hurricanes recovery so I’m sure more……

“Nice location, short walk to the beach. Condo was very clean. Not a lot of restaurants around the area due to the hurricane. Hopefully more will open in time.”

“This property worked very well for our family of 2 grandparents, 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and spacious, the family room opening onto the deck and pool was wonderful! Beach access was perfect. We really enjoy cooking and kitchen is very well equipped with the grill on the deck a big plus. We loved evenings on the upper deck around the fire pit. This is a great property!”
