“Room offered alot more amenities ”

“I went with my partner for a one night getaway. The vending was empty and convince stores all closed. Early and basic amenities were fee and small in size. Otherwise it was comfortable, felt safe, quiet, clean. The hotel phone didn't work in room to contact front desk or get wake up call either”

“All the staff at the front desk where professional and had excellent customer service for the dates we spent in the hotel 04/28 to 04/30 the housekeeper on those dates where very professional and courteous and did an excellent cleaning job ”

“Staff and management were great and very helpful and friendly . Our room was dated and the walls paper thin ,at one point we woke up thinking someone was walking in our room. You could not hold a private conversation in the room without the occupant next door hearing every word . The view out of the window was a metal roof from the property next door . Only plus points were close to ferry and bus stops and small bit of beach to sit on. ”

“Overall our stay was excellent. We rented a 2 bedroom suite, and it was very clean. Staff was great. They don’t use the tap when checking in and the water took 1/2 hour to warm up, staff was very accommodating but the water never got hot enough. We enjoyed the area, space and location. ”
