“Great location. Short walk about 70 yards to put on skis. 4-5 restaurants within a 5 minute walk ”

“Tough review for me. We had an amazing family trip. The location of the property and price of rental was 10 out 10. However, I feel it necessary to point out a few things that were just good.Cons..- Unit was clean and nice size. There were a few issues with lights out and broken kitchen cabinet door. - Overall building is a 6 out 10. 1 of 2 elevators was broken. Happen to be the elevator to our building. Elevator appeared to be out for a while. The builder felt like college apartment complex……

“The guest portal made our stay a breeze. Location was amazing and the condo was cute and had everything we needed.”

“Overall a good place to stay. Somewhat expensive for what you're getting. It was great that you could walk to the thunderhead lift. The fireplace and hot tub were both awesome. A couple things didn't work for us, including the trash compactor, garbage disposal, oven/stove top, and hot tub jets. Plan ahead to carpool as parking is tight”

“Good spot, apartments get hot during the day with no AC but cool off quickly opening the windows in the evening. Got in late after check in and they got us dialed in with a lock box to pick up the keys, super easy”

“Loved staying at this unit! Conveniently located to base of mountain and easy drive to downtown Steamboat. Parking was easy. Unit was clean and well-equipped! Lovely creek out front was a bonus - nothing better than the sound of rushing mountain water while drinking your morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoon or evening.”
