We met Shashi, the owner and he also took the time to talk to us and make us feel welcome! This Beckley Comfort Inn is the best we have stayed in all our years! We’ll definitely be back!!”

“The smoking table for staff was right outside the entry way, so we had to walk right through the cigarette smoke to get into the lobby. It gave the place a trashy feel that was not reflective of the hotel itself. The staff was great.”

It caused me to find another room at a higher price and made for a terrible night and a horrible experience. I feel some compensation should be offered from your company to restore good faith in your company and services”
