“I'm giving it a 5 star overall rating because c'mon, it's a motel 6 in the middle of nowhere, anyone expecting anything more than what it is must be crazy. Yea there are some weirdos walking around at night, but oddly enough, I felt safe with the cameras that are literally in every single passageway. “Perfect get away to find peace and recharge. Spent four nights at Lakota to escape the DC hustle and left refreshed. Bed was very comfortable as was the couch and outside furniture. Kitchen is well equipped. The cabin sits back from the main road and is obscured by trees from the road behind so plenty of privacy and quiet. The recently graded and smoothed access road is gravel which wasn't an issue with our SUV and we saw plenty of non-SUV vehicles going up and down (early September).……
