“It was a good stay the room was pretty clean the only trouble we had was the actual floors look clean but when you walk around barefoot of your feet turn black on the bottom so they don't mop the room flooring as good as they should ”

“When we checked in, they put us in a dirty room. And then upon complaining, they changed to a different room which caused us wasted nearly 1 hour of our valuable vacation time. The fitted sheet was full of stains. Yuck!”

“We've stayed at Waterscape at a location overlooking the pools, but didn't like the loud water sound from the fountains from early AM to 10pm on our patio so we wanted something we could hear the ocean and this unit was perfect! There is some music at the hotel pool next door but much quieter and can still hear ocean and the pier view is great (bring good binoculars-we watched fishers pull up big fish!). Loved the unexpected extra King bed as we though it was King and Queen but we had 2 Kings.……
