“This trip was our second outing in Orlando. We had a gathering of 20 individuals, was to be 25, and was more than satisfied. Our family consisted of all ages and everyone, before the stay was over, wanted to start plans for the next trip. We would love to rent this home again. Thank You, Darrel ”

“Our family really enjoyed our time here and we felt that the house was very well cleaned. The community is a bit tight but it is very secure and well kept, the trash was picked up from the house every morning which was very nice. We did notice a few things that weren't completely functional such as the drying machine, some arcade games, a few other things. However, the minor things did not majorly inconvenience us and we really appreciated how nicely cleaned and arranged the home and pool area……

“It was close to everything you need from a grocery stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable as well had enough for everybody sleep comfy. The only 2 things that was not to our satisfaction was the pool we didn’t get to use it cuz it had way to much chlorine in it. The other thing was 1 of the bedrooms fans was not working and that was the side the sun would hit and it was to hot in the room. We did send a message about it but nothing was done. We didn’t let it mess with our trip. Other than……

“House is very roomy, and accommodated 16 of us comfortably. The house was clean but we did find a few small roaches crawling on the kitchen floor The temperature was very comfortable too. Beds were ok, and bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool Area was clean and comfortable. Biggest problem was the noise. 2 neighbors partied nightly until 4am which required the police to stop the noise. Homes are very close together with only the pool screen between……

“The house was clean and well decorated with high end appliances and bedding and towels. The owner was gracious and helpful. It is certainly beneficial to not have houses behind the property.However 2 of the 4 nights we had neighbors out by their pool which is maybe 30 feet from the house in which we were staying and they had a large speaker and microphone which was turned up high. The first night at 1:15am we asked them to lower the music which did not happen. The second night we called the……
