“Loved it mostly the pool area ”

“Reasonable cost for room through Expedia. Having breakfast included is a plus. Breakfast was adequate, a bit more than continental. But nice to have it so that I could continue on trip having already eaten breakfast.”

“Convenient location off the highway , nice simple, clean rooms. Guest service was very kind, quick, easy continental breakfast included”

“The hotel was under some upgrades but still a very nice place to stay the staff are very polite and we had no problems with our room or service! The pool area is indoor and was nice. The hot tub didn't work but they did send us an email before vacation which i thought was nice. They will probably have it fixed soon they said. We had lake plans anyways so no bother to us! The hotel was is walking distance from the bars/food so that was nice and there are some nice people in gaylord michigan! ”

“The only issue I had with my stay is the type of pillow. The pillows were unbelievably too soft. I put 2 of them together, but it didn't help. Otherwise the stay was fine.”

“Upgrade to put us on main level. Room was very clean, high water pressure in shower, a/c was quiet, comfortable bed, ample free hot breakfast. Will return. ”
