“It is a small town motel. Even though it was dated, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was accommodating for our late night arrival. ”

“We booked a stay here for easy access to Lebanon and Hanover, NH. Once in our room, we found there was a problem connecting to the internet. Our hostess, Rita, came up to the room to help. Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect. This was a time-consuming matter, and Rita stayed with us the whole time to make things right. Our room was clean and well supplied, and the free breakfast the next……

“Basic, quiet, clean and comfortable. But staff at front desk is horrible. Don't expect any services, nothing provided. Stay for just one nite rest is OK.”

She absolutely loved it and stayed there during our 5 day stay while I had business to handle. She loves being near the water and although the place was set back a little from the water... it was great for her and the time she spent there. We enjoyed the privacy and overall time we spent there. ”
