“The service was outstanding! I stayed at the hotel because I had a back injury, and Chelsea at the front desk provided me a room on the first floor and offered to get me ice and help me out however she could. The facilities were clean and well appointed. It's a nice place to stay and there is a dinner option next door.”

“I visit Springfield at least once a year, this is my second stay at the hartness house, I’ve stayed in the mansion and in the hotel, I have been very happy with both options. The mansion is stunning and enjoying a coffee and pastry in the mansion in the morning is lovely. I’m glad to see this historic building being taken care of so thoughtfully. ”
“This is a hidden gem. Probably my top 3 hotels I’ve ever visited. Classic, eclectic, vintage with modern convenience. The breakfast was perfect, staff included. Pool, sauna, drink bar and even the shampoo and shower gel are among the top in my list. We walked down to the river where my kids explored for 2 hours. I love this place. ”
