“We had such a wonderful stay! From the very beginning, communication was excellent – Jennie was so kind and attentive, even making sure our late arrival went smoothly. The check-in process was simple, and we immediately felt welcome. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed (including a mini fridge, which was really convenient). “We booked a stay here for easy access to Lebanon and Hanover, NH. Once in our room, we found there was a problem connecting to the internet. Our hostess, Rita, came up to the room to help. Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect. This was a time-consuming matter, and Rita stayed with us the whole time to make things right. Our room was clean and well supplied, and the free breakfast the next……

“This is a hidden gem. Probably my top 3 hotels I’ve ever visited. Classic, eclectic, vintage with modern convenience. The breakfast was perfect, staff included. Pool, sauna, drink bar and even the shampoo and shower gel are among the top in my list. We walked down to the river where my kids explored for 2 hours. I love this place. ”
