“This little cabin is exactly what the owner purports it to be. No more; no less. It's quaint and the bedrooms are small. Because it's a cabin. The shower is small. Because it's a cabin. The TV and stove and sink are all small. Because it's a cabin! There are a few ants around, but there's Raid spray under the sink if you want to go that route. “The townhouse was perfect for my family of 4 as we were skiing at nearby Mt. Sunapee (about 8 mins away!). The pictures honestly represented the property. The kitchen is a bit dated but the townhouse was very clean and very comfortable. The property manager was extremely welcoming and so very helpful when we had questions. The property is located on lots of open land so we were able to snowshoe with the kids on the property as well. Would definitely come back to this townhouse.”

“The Newport motel was clean, and reasonably priced motel. We stayed after a ski day at Sunapee and although not a full service hotel was perfect for what we needed- a clean comfortable place to sleep. We would stay here again. ”

Have two college age kds who stay up way too late, so needed two bedrooms and paying for two hotel rooms was not desirable. This worked perfect! Would have given excellent rating but little work needs to be done on place - closet door fell of track, soap dospenser about to fall off wall. Just minor things.
