As others have mentioned, the three bedrooms on the lower level don't have AC. We were comfortable with the extra fans we brought. The community tennis court and grassy area of the park are just a short five-minute walk away, where we played pickleball and spikeball. “We enjoyed our six night stay at the Arched Chalet. Check-in was smooth. All amenities were as described, and photos were accurate. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. The Blackstone Griddle was a highlight. We cooked at least 2 meals a day on it. A gem!”

“This house was perfect for two families with teens spending a weekend at Okemo. The mountain was a short drive away. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. It was nice to have a big table that fit everyone for meals. The hot tub was a nice treat after skiing. It was so convenient that we could bring our dog too. The owner was very responsive to questions. We had a great weekend!”

“Cindy was a pleasure to work with! Her home was exactly as described. We felt very comfortable in her home and the town of Jamaica is so cute! We went to the cutest little general store every morning to get breakfast and lunch. There are plenty of board games to enjoy waiting for you as you arrive… it is 15 minutes from Stratton Mountain. There is a foyer to leave your boots and jackets to hang. ”

“This was a memorable and fun filled trip. The falcon house chalet is lovely. You can tell the things inside were carefully curated, and the surrounding woods, Finnish sauna, babbling brook made it so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. We made good use of the bikes and enjoyed many activities nearby. We highly recommend falcon house for a chill Vermont vacation. Kat, the host was lovely, made sure we had all we needed and she was in contact via text in case we had questions. ”
