“Overall good rental but these are 3 minor issues: 1. A railing from the parking lot to the front door would help to walk down the steps. 2. Additional bath towels and wash clothes are needed. 3. A large stone is missing from the last deck step to the dock.”

“My husband and I had a great weekend at Owl's Nest. The space was small, but cozy and the space was so well thought out in every way. It was meticulously clean, the lighting was magical, the hot tub was so cozy, and the host was very thoughtful in providing k-cups and local syrup and honey! Even though the cabin is on the same property as another house, it felt secluded. If you stay at this cabin, I definitely recommend going to L.A. Burdick in Walpole and having dinner at Wunderbar in Bellows……

“The house was cute and comfortable. I loved the old feel of it. The location was remote and serene, and we enjoyed the sound of the river across the street while chatting on the porch. We had no problem with making our meals, as the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Our dog was very comfortable and surprised by a visit from some Guinea hens in the morning. She was less polite in greeting the friendly dog from next door. I was pleasantly surprised that the tap water tasted good, as I had……

“The place is everything it describes, however I missed the part where the bathrooms are in a separate building and they are shared. Thankfully for us there was nobody else staying there. Everything was very clean. Other than that I was satisfied. ”
