“This was the perfect cottage for a winter getaway. I was solo, but the home could have easily accommodated many more. I loved the vintage touches and had a nice time listening to the classic vinyl records while enjoying a glass of wine and watching it snow. I had dinner outside on the patio one night and the view was lovely. It is just a few minutes drive from Woodstock and Quechee and I visited both several times. “This cottage was above and beyond our expectations. It was clean as a hotel, and had so many wonderful little touches that made it feel like it was set up just for us. The location is near so many great restaurants, great skiing, hiking trails, not to mention the gorgeous lake right in front of you. Elkins is a small peaceful town that feels so relaxing. It was perfect!”

“We had a great time at your home. Homeowners are very helpful and gave immediate response. Private beach was convenient with plenty of chairs and we loved the fire pit. Gas fireplace was very cozy. Loved the private deck off the bedroom for morning tea or night time cocktail. Kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. The screened in porch was very large and we used it daily for meals. “Beautiful house with lots of very thoughtful amenities. Very clear and easy communication from owners as well. Great location for skiing Okemo and it was a lovely place to come back to after a day on the slopes. One issue was that the listing states this is a 4 bedroom home, but in fact there are only 3. This made for a tight squeeze for 5 adults (none of whom were couples). I'm wondering if this might have been a glitch on the website. We had a great stay, but had we known it was only 3……
