“The thin black woman who served me was very arrogant”

“The only reason this didn't get an excellent rating was because we had booked on hotels for 5 nights and pd in advance (4mo.) Halfway through our 10hr drive the hotel called and told us they were cancelling because we booked via hotels. I called Hampton CS and they straightened it all out within 5 mins. The person who called from the hotel was rude and hung up on us after we asked to speak to the hotel manager. Once we arrived the rest of the staff was superb and helpful. We did not see……

“This was a very convenient airport location. The shuttle service ran regularly, and it was a very short distance to/from the airport. The rooms were very spacious. We didn’t experience the breakfast since our flight was early. ”
