“The only reason this didn't get an excellent rating was because we had booked on hotels for 5 nights and pd in advance (4mo.) Halfway through our 10hr drive the hotel called and told us they were cancelling because we booked via hotels. I called Hampton CS and they straightened it all out within 5 mins. The person who called from the hotel was rude and hung up on us after we asked to speak to the hotel manager. Once we arrived the rest of the staff was superb and helpful. We did not see……

“This is another OYO conversion motel. The only thing we did not like about the location was that it was in what we refer to as 'an industrial park of motels.' However, the OYO team did it again, taking a motel that had not been truly cared for and turning it into something amazing! Honestly, walking into a room at an OYO motel is like walking into a brand new motel. ”
