“Overall excellent small hotel. Staff was very helpful when I didn’t receive my access code for my room. Not their fault but my phones, but everyone made sure I got the hat I needed. Room was lovely although we were only there long enough to sleep. I had never stayed at a in-manned hotel like this but they made the process seamless. ”

“We thoroughly Enjoyed our stay at the Teeny-Tiny!The owners made the entire booking process super easy. We hit a little snag upon arrival and the owners fixed it immediately and were extremely pleasant and efficient. They are great to work with and very attentive to your needs during your stay. Everyone we met during our stay was super friendly and the area feels very safe. We took multiple relaxing walks on the main road. It’s a great location and the houses living area has been well planned……

“Bear Neccessities was amazing and perfect for our needs. Property was easily accessible, despite rainy (followed by snowy) conditions. The kids loved being able to hang out in the great room with the fireplace going, and my wife and I enjoyed the quiet. We had an interesting run-in with a couple of Carolina Wrens upon check-in, but that was more amusing than anything. Would highly recommend this property to friends or family.main room and occasionally play nintendo by the fireplace, and my wife……

“It was a short stay but would stay longer if the opportunity would arise. The chickens greeted us and they are beautiful. The place was very lovely and clean. Great place to visit. If you are from the city, you would enjoy the country. ”

“This was a nice stay in a cool mini cabin. It is near the shops and restaurants of downtown West Jefferson, and easy driving to hiking or other interesting towns like Sparta or Boone. There's a little porch on the front, but not much reason to hang out outside on site - my only negative.Would recommend!”
