“和旁边的Hyatt Place相比 酒店硬件设施差了不是一个档次. 除了卫生间看得出有翻新痕迹以外，别的设施 比如沙发，地毯，床等等都是很旧的，完全不是宣传照上面翻新的样子。另外，用了酒店的洗衣房，明明已经用现金支付过token了，在checkout的时候发现还是被额外又扣了一次钱，奈何已经离开酒店，为了区区6刀也没必要返回找他们索赔。 真心无语”

“I travel for work and stay here frequently, rarely is there an error with housekeeping, its clean. Sheets are white and not stained. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Safe walkable area. Red Robin next door.”

“I had to be at the University of Michigan Medical Center for an MRI at 5:15am. My Aunt and I live about 2 hours away so I decided we’d go up the night before. We were able to get some time in the pool although we were surprised the indoor pool water was COLD! But the room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows were amazing (no sign of bed bugs)!! The price was in my budget and I loved the late (11am) checkout time; after my MRI we came back and rested until time to go.”

“It is very close to Michigan State University, and there is a large supermarket next to it for dining and shopping, so it is very convenient for life. The room cleaning and counter service staff are very polite, and the lobby lounge provides free ice water and hot coffee in the morning. It feels very considerate to visit in the cold winter!”
