“My husband and I, both seniors, accompanied out adult daughter and her 9 y/o granddaughter to Ann Arbor. Our granddaughter spent several days at the UM gymnastics camp. Ann Arbor is easily accessible to the cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very clean. Anything you could need is there for you and your family. Our daughter and granddaughter enjoyed fishing off the dock -- lots of blue gills, bass, and catfish -- catch and release. Lots of fun! Our host was very easy to……

“Overall enjoyable stay in a quaint little house in a quaint little town. Price accurately reflects the size and amenities. A couple small issues addressed with the host, who was immediately responsive. A for communication. Easy in and out. Only real issue was the large house water filter ran a cycle at 9p for an hour which made it not possible to go to bed. Host assured me they would address it for future tenants. Would reccommend for a single, a couple or maybe a couple with one child, just……

“We stayed during our daughter’s graduation. Away from crowds and cute lake. Nice small grocery nearby. The cottage was comfortable for sleeping and relaxing. The only inconvenience we found was that it’s on well water and it’s quite rusty. We bought water for drinking and brushing teeth. We did shower, but our daughter who has very sensitive skin was a bit bothered by it. Just something to be aware of. Great host and very easy to communicate with. Would be a great place for summer, we were there……

“The cottage was pretty and comfortable. The yard and surroundings made me feel like I was back home. My kids liked it and was able to see all stars and some wildlife while there. “Property has pretty much everything you need and even a few neat features like heated floor in the bathroom and remote control ceiling fan. The murphy bed could use some extra cushion but wasnt bad. Overall nice stay and caught plenty of fish in Briggs Lake from one of the provided SUPs.”
