“We stayed here for 3 days while a family member was at University of Michigan hospital. It suited our needs. It was pet friendly so could bring our Maincoon cat along with us. The area felt safe. I would recommend. ”

“Had a very nice & short trip back for a Michigan game. The locations was very conveniently located & close to everything. The house was stocked with whatever you needed. We hosted some family one afternoon and we all enjoyed the nice lake. Had two pair of swans join us all day as well. We would book again for a longer stay to where we can enjoy the lake more. The Host was great. He was easily accessible & responded immediately. ”

“Overall, we loved this lake house. We used it as a test run to see if we could handle a trip with our three dogs…so grateful you were one of the few places accepting multiple (large) dogs.The dogs did not mind the mucky lake bottom as much as I did, but as a Michigander I should know better. Glad we were there not on a boat-crowded weekend.The house itself is renovated modernly/stylishly.But with no dishwasher, some of the dishes were dirty out of the cabinets. We brought dish soap from home. ……

“Well appointed getaway in the heart of mid-Michigan farm country. This was our second visit, and we loved it just as much (if not more, if that's possible) this time! My best friend was married in the owners' barn two years ago, when we stayed, so this trip was a lot more relaxed and we got to appreciate the beautiful rural surroundings more. Sat on the porch, used the fire pit,. The cottage has a loft and a bedroom you enter through the loft, so if sharing between two couples, be good……

“Thus is a very lovely cottage on a quiet lake. All the amenities are lovely. The lake view was perfect for sunset views and our little dig loved the backyard. Everything inside was in perfect working order.”

“Property has pretty much everything you need and even a few neat features like heated floor in the bathroom and remote control ceiling fan. The murphy bed could use some extra cushion but wasnt bad. Overall nice stay and caught plenty of fish in Briggs Lake from one of the provided SUPs.”

“We had a wonderful visit to this sweet little cottage. The property was beautiful and the hosts supplied kayaks, a paddle boat and a pontoon boat for an extra charge. We had plenty of comfortable chairs for visiting family. The inside was extremely clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And, most of all the hosts were gracious, attentive to our needs and just great folks all around. I highly recommend staying here. We loved it!!!”
