Even though the the house is on a main street, the surrounding area was very quiet which led to very restful sleep. We enjoyed exploring the area and attended a theater festival while in town. “The place was perfect for what we needed for a girls weekend getaway. The property was beautiful, and everything worked fine. I enjoyed kayaking on the lake with all the gear available. It’s well water downstairs so we brought bottled water. Water upstairs was best for bathing. Warning, there are signs from the neighbors protesting vacation rentals when you come in, but no one bothered us. Property manager was responsive. I would consider staying here again. ”
