“We checked in to 1 room after 1 shower the tub wouldn't drain, the tv had no remote or cables to be operational. Asked to move rooms and they accommodated for free the second room was better but the volume on the TV wasn't working.”

“Our Girlfriend weekend to Marshall's Home Tour was great and we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at the Quality Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was excellent.”

“Excellent. It’s very clean, and the staff is wonderful. Only a couple of miles to the fountain and little shops in downtown Marshall. If they would add a nice sitting area would make it perfect. Right now there is just a picnic table under some trees with lots of bugs. ”

“Really liked the comfort and coziness of the room, the refrigerator and microwave made it convenient for us to be able to bring snacks from home. My husband is a professional DJ so we booked the hotel for a weekend. Stay as he was there DJing a wedding.. we enjoyed the breakfast bar and pool as well. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back! ”

“Repairs that were made were not very well done by appearance. The air conditioner worked great. The pool was closed and drained, so it shouldn't be advertised as having a pool. There were a lot of ppl wandering around at night, but we had no problems with sounds after 10pm. The room was quiet, smelled nice. The beds were on the firm side, but linens and pillows looked well cared for and overall sleeping conditions were fine. ”

“Good location in route to Hillsdale. It’s obvious that they care about what they offer and I found the staff very helpful.”

“Very clean room and nicely decorated. The only thing I would change is to make the overhead lights dimmable as they were a bit bright. ”
