“I Love the Custumer service, the Location, safe and quiet”

“We checked in early at 2pm. Staff was nice and allowed us into our room. I had requested north side but they gave me southside and were unable to swap me room. They said they were "sold out". Our room was clean for the most part. Bed linens looked fresh however wife found something on the cover and front desk was more than happy to replace cover. Bathroom was fairly clean except walls and floors look like they need attention. Faucet handles were loose but war pressure was great. Our tv was……

“Room was clean but the heat wall unit had cold air blowing in. It was cold out. We don’t like the noise from these units when trying to sleep so we turn them off. I reported the problem to staff in the morning. That was the only issue. We liked the room and it was clean, quiet & the bed was comfy.,”

“Upon arrival I was told a “3rd party” changed our 2 bed room to a single king room. This was false since I specifically paid extra to have the 2 queen beds, but since they were sold out, they couldn’t offer me a solution. Expedia made it right by crediting me back a bit, and the hotel gave me a few bottle waters & 2 free snacks, along with a rollaway bed that was actually comfier than the king size bed. The room was super spacious & the employees were friendly, so we’d stay again, but definitely……

“My teenage daughter and I stayed here as a halfway point to visit the University of Texas San Antonio. The hotel is near several others that are similar and off a frontage road. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was just fine. The only gripe is that the elevator is sort of down a hallway about 10 feet deep and it's very hard to get luggage in and out. My daughter who is a luggage champ found herself griping. It certainly was not a deal breaker and we'd stay again no problem.”
