“The BW Plus Hammondsport was a true delight and unexpected surprise. The property is on the newer side, large comfortable rooms, great front desk service and friend breakfast service attendance. I fully recommend it if you are in this neck of the woods. You won't do any better in the area. Perfectly located for wineries, tours and tastings.”

“Checking in and out was my only issue. I waited almost 8 minutes for a staff member at the front desk. A sign saying that they stepped away and will return would be helpful if there’s no coverage. I had to use my cellphone each time to call the front desk for service. Other than that, it was a very pleasant 24 hour stay for my graduation. ”
