“Good meal, nice common room, but the hotel is totally overpriced. Our room was small, modestly appointed and had a view of the dumpster. ”

“Mike & Deb were amazing hosts. The tiny cabins exceeded all expectations. I don't think i can go back to camping in a tent again. Glamping at its finest! They have included everything you could possibly need. Pack a cooler with food, charcoal & your clothes, everything else is already there. Restaurant recommendations were amazing! Ample firewood & lots of love from the dogs. We will definitely return for another stay. ”

“House is exactly as stated! Clean & Comfortable! Unless I missed it -- I would only add that the King Bed is not in the master bedroom (room with ensuite), its in the 2nd bedroom. Grandkids ended up staying with us and loved their room! A wonderful Stay!”

“Our group had a blast staying at this lovely house. We should have extended the stay longer. The kids had fun kayaking, pedaling, and rowing the boat which were provided by the home owner. The adults enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the gorgeous lake. The interior of the house is very modern and cozy. When opportunity arise, I’ll like to book another weekend getaway there. “We had a wonderful time at the property. It is much more spacious than the pictures do it justice. The house was ls clean and well organized and K, the property owner was fantastic. Very responsive to questions and even came and plowed and salted while we were there due to the slow and ice storm we experienced. The property is about 25’ from Elk Mountain but the drive is easy and pretty. I would suggest AWD or FWD of going during the winter since many of the roads in that area are snow and ice……

“The Clock House was just what we needed for a long weekend with our two pups. We appreciated a spotless home, well appointed kitchen, super comfy king bed and being a short walk into town. The pups appreciated the fireplace, the dog bed and the bird feeder right outside the window. Would gladly stay here again! ”
