“Comfortable bed - just wish there was a summer-weight blanket for bed. The comforter was too hot but all else was great. Very clean and breakfast was very good!”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very……

“The family and I loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful, cleaned, peaceful and has toiletries in case you forget something or run out. The property has a lot of space that my 2 & 4 year olds were able to ride their bikes. There were a couple of games to play and we chose to play jenga, enjoyed seeing the cars pass by while eating breakfast on the front porch, later in the day we sat on the back porch and viewed the river. “This was the perfect place for a large family or friends gathering. There are 8 hotel like rooms available with bathrooms. Each room has a western theme with neat decor. I recommend hiking shoes to explore the trails on the property. It's the perfect secluded Texas ranch experience.”
