“Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. The water was perfect. Since we are all Epic swimmers even the 4-year-old and a 3-year-old enjoyed jumping off the floating dock it was perfect. The brought our own patio lights for the patio we hung them and it was perfect for evening games outside on the patio. Like I said the place could use a little upkeep and maintenance But all in all it was a wonderful place to spend a long weekend ”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very……
