“The front desk staff were the best and housekeeping never missed a beat. I’m a picky eater and although they serve breakfast, there are many food options that are close. For a night out on the town, it felt like everything literally everything was around the corner or down the street.”

“The staff was super nice! Unfortunately, they were just extremely busy. Had to ask the front desk for towels, wash cloths etc....they were delivered while we were out. : ) The room had a weird smell.....something chemically, I did not complain though. Just kept aware of how I felt, which was okay. Maybe because the place is so new, stuff needs to be worked out. ”

“I accidentally booked the wrong room before. There was a strong smell of smoke in the room, no hot water in the bathroom, and the microwave was also broken. Fortunately, a handsome man helped me choose a different room,”

“When checking in, i asked about breakfast, and was told there were BRKFST bags made up of fruit and bagel for people on the go or couldn't sit to eat. When i asked the morning clerk about these bags, she said they were all gone. This should be explained a little better, or have kitchen staff make up more for customers requesting one. ”
