“Convenient location, top notch service. Everyone we came into contact with at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The manager was constantly around, making sure everything was great for everyone. Informed them that our refrigerator was not working and they had a new one in place and working within the hour.”

“I work 2 jobs, volunteer regularly, and am constantly on the go. Having a bonus week off of work I decided to book myself a getaway. Lil Tio was the perfect location for that! Lil Tio has a homey and spacious vibe, I felt safe being there by myself the entire time. I would definitely recommend! ”

“Beautiful private lot with a great yard and plenty of parking. Kitchen was stocked well and the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and laid out well. We enjoyed seeing wildlife in the backyard ( a beaver and bunny visited). Was a great experience. ”

“Location was great , close to the lake. House was comfortable and for the most part good. When we got there there was an odor coming from the downstairs bedroom we did not use this bedroom for that reason and the upstairs bed slats were off the bed upon arrival. Communation with owner was very good transaction was easy and smooth. We enjoyed our stay.”
