“In Room 214 we could not get the tv remote to turn off the TV. Hubby checked for switches, buttons on the screen and Nope. We were problem solvers and unplugged the tv. Yes, we are “mature” but still IT professionals. LOL Everything was really nice in the room though. Breakfast was also good on 9/13. We like our stays at Hampton Inn”

“I wish there was a night light in bathroom. Because when you put on the light to use bathroom during the night, the exhaust fan comes on automatically, which is very loud and wakes up the other person sleeping in the room. ”

She makes the check in process very easy ,especially Especially for us because my husband and I always do an early Check-in and she is always able to get us in……
