“I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean and the staff went above and beyond. Syracuse has very limited lodging options and even fewer quality locations. The comfort Inn is a good choice. We have been coming to Syracuse for 4 years. I wish we had tried this option sooner. ”

“Check-in was easy, and when the clerk did not know how to process my reservation (made through Hotels.com) he did the right thing to ask for help – quite professional. I chose this place as an inexpensive place to lay my head for one night; the cost felt like a bargain for the room I was getting. Certain parts of the hotel could use updating: cracks by the elevator call button, linoleum peel in the kitchenette (at least in my room), general unkemptness in the stairwells and exit corridors, etc.……

“Very few options in the area so we went with this one. We don’t regret it, but just manage your expectations. My biggest complaint is the tin bedframe where every time I got out of bed there was a “pop” sound- like a gunshot outside the window. I can’t imagine why they went with that material for a bedframe.”
