“Everything was perfect ”

“I stay at this property when I come in town when my sister is hospitalized. She is fighting cancer and I am in and out of this hotel quite often. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is also amazing and if I need anything they are accommodating. Thank you, IHG for making a difficult time in my life a little easier, knowing that I can rely on your facility to not just be safe, but to be kind as well. I will stay here, any chance I can while I am in Loveland Colorado. I only wish that this……

“The machines were out of water and diet soda. But we drank water from the room. ”

“Internet sign-in was confusing, but got it. Side door on south side seemed not to lock at all but later did.”
