Before booking, we reached out to the property and spoke with a representative who provided very helpful information on the cottages and the check-in process and pet fee. The day before our trip, we were contacted by Grayson who very apologetically notified us that the pool would be out of commission during the time of our stay and offered us consideration on our fee. “Stayed for one night with a friend on a minimum vacation, service was friendly and had no problems checking in. Had only one elevator working but hotel wasn’t crowded so there was no traffic going up and down the floors. Hotel room was decent and clean, could see some wear and tear on the walls but otherwise not bad. Air conditioning worked, bathroom was nice and hotel has complimentary free breakfast.
